The MINJEC, privileged partner of People Finance SA, took part in the celebration of the 44th International Day of Peace, held today at the Yaoundé Congress Hall.

The ceremony, chaired by senior officials including the MINJEC, highlighted the commitment of the government and its partners to supporting young people in Cameroon.

On this occasion, several youths registered in the special three-year youth plan benefited from:

• funding tailored to their projects,

• allocations across various sectors,

• strategic support to overcome unemployment,

• and opportunities to contribute to Cameroon’s socio-economic development.

The 2025 edition is particularly significant as it comes just days before the national elections, at a time when the youth play a crucial role in shaping the country’s future.

Together, MINJEC and People Finance SA reaffirm their determination to empower young people, who are recognized as the true architects of peace and progress.
