Job Description

PEOPLE FINANCE S.A.

Main Duties:

• Monitoring and analyzing requests from internal entities.

• Monitoring the impact on client accounts (seizures, ATDs).

• Managing litigation cases and recovery of receivables.

• Providing legal advice to the commercial team on credit guarantees.

Profile Required:

• Minimum age: 30 years.

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Law or equivalent.

• Experience: At least 5 years (experience in a law firm or with a bailiff is an asset).

• Integrity, ability to work under pressure, and immediate availability.

Required Documents:

• Detailed CV.

• Cover letter addressed to the General Manager.

• Certified copies of diplomas and certificates.

• Certified copy of the National Identity Card.

• Birth certificate.
