🌟 People’s Finance S.A. Strengthens Network Performance During Annual Branch Managers Meeting

From February 19 to 21, 2026, the city of Yaoundé hosted the Annual Meeting of Branch Managers and Heads of Commercial and Credit Services of People’s Finance S.A. (PeFi), under the effective leadership of the General Manager and in the presence of the Deputy General Manager.

Organized within a strategic evaluation and operational planning framework, the meeting aimed to assess the network’s performance for the 2025 financial year and define priority orientations for 2026.

Held under the theme:
“Achievement of Production Objectives: The Key Role of the Branch Manager and the Head of Commercial and Credit Services,”
the meeting emphasized managerial responsibility, performance culture, and operational discipline.

Over three days, participants engaged in structured sessions covering:

• Roles and responsibilities of the Branch Manager

• Account and credit management

• Compliance in Finance operations

• First-level internal control in branches

• Presentation of annual agency performance

• Budget 2026 outlook and cost analysis

The discussions enabled a transparent evaluation of 2025 results, identification of operational challenges, and formulation of practical recommendations to improve productivity and portfolio quality.
