From March 20 to 22, 2025, People Finance SA organized a strategic training seminar for its Operations Managers at the CICM Mvolyé conference center. This initiative was part of the company’s commitment to continuous capacity building and performance optimization within the TRANSFAGRI project, for which People Finance SA serves as a financial partner.

The three-day seminar brought together staff from different branches of the country. The agenda focused on:

• Budgetary performance review for 2024

• Tools and best practices in production management

• Responsibilities and techniques in operations management

• Risk-based accounting procedures and DACI presentation

• Security, commercial, and insurance aspects of operational workflows

The sessions were led by senior leaders, including the General Director, DAFC, DEC, SCF, and DACI, encouraging experience sharing, practical exercises, and collaborative discussions.

This training reflects People Finance SA’s ambition to maintain high standards of professionalism and to align its operational strategy with national development programs like TRANSFAGRI.
